====== Termination of Accounts ======
When leaving the school, accounts will be terminated according to the following policies:

  - Student accounts will remain active for __one year__ for alumni and for __three months__ for departing students.
  - Students are responsible for arranging backups of any personal files at their discretion.
  - Requests for extensions to account access should be submitted through the following channels:
     * **International Section Students**: Head of University and Careers Advising and IS Vice-Principal
     * **Korean Section Students**: KS Principal
