====== 📽️ Audio-Visual Support ======
The IT Department offers audio-visual support for events requiring basic sound and lighting. For events taking place during regular school hours, we require a minimum of __one week's notice__. For events scheduled on evenings or weekends, we request __one month's advance notice__ to ensure staff availability.

For events requiring AV support in the gym, staff should make a booking using the [[https://booking.kis.edu.hk/|Facilities Booking System]] and include a request for AV support. For other events needing AV assistance, please submit a request to [[mailto:ithelp@kis.edu.hk|ithelp@kis.edu.hk]].

For events that require more complex AV support, such as concerts and plays, the IT Department may not be able to provide the necessary level of support. In such cases, assistance will need to be provided by a trained sound and lighting engineer, either from within the school or externally.
