Each staff member is provided with two email accounts: one hosted by **Microsoft Office 365 (O365)** and another hosted by **Google**. The Microsoft account serves as the primary communication channel, while the Google account is primarily used for communication related to Google Classroom.

===== Microsoft =====
Staff O365 accounts are hosted under the domain __kis.edu.hk__.

===== Google =====
Staff Google accounts are hosted under the domains __is.kis.edu.hk__ for International Section staff and __ks.kis.edu.hk__ for Korean Section staff.

====== Mailing Lists ======
To facilitate effective communication with staff, we have established several dedicated mailing lists for different teams and departments.\\

===== Subscription Emails =====
At times, staff members or departments may need to subscribe to online platforms or tools. Staff are prohibited from using their individual accounts for such subscriptions. In these cases, staff should contact the IT Department to __request a departmental subscription email__ account.

===== Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) =====
All school staff email accounts must have two-factor authentication enabled. Additional information on 2FA can be found [[.:security:mfa|here]].
