Termination of Accounts

When leaving the school, accounts will be terminated according to the following policies:

1. Student accounts will remain active for one year for alumni and for three months for departing students.
2. Students are responsible for arranging backups of any personal files at their discretion.
3. Requests for extensions to account access should be submitted through the following channels:
   • International Section Students: Head of University and Careers Advising and IS Vice-Principal
   • Korean Section Students: KS Principal
