🔒 Termination of Accounts

When leaving the school, accounts will be terminated according to the following policies:

  1. Staff accounts will be terminated on the last day of employment at 4:30 PM.
  2. Staff members are responsible for arranging backups of any personal files at their discretion.
  3. Staff should transfer ownership or copy any relevant files to department heads or departmental drives as needed.
  4. Requests for access to files or email after the last day of employment will only be approved with explicit permission from the Director of HR, and the relevant principal, vice-principal, or department head.
