🧙♂️ IT Support
The IT Department is dedicated to meeting the technical needs of staff and students at the school. Support services are available either in person at our service desk or through requests made via email or Microsoft Teams at [email protected]. For urgent issues, you can also contact the IT Support Hotline at 2583-0728.
Service Desk
Our in-person support is provided in Room 101. The service hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM on school days. The service desk addresses immediate technical issues related to school-provided equipment, network connectivity problems, and assistance with school systems and applications.
Microsoft Teams
For immediate technical assistance during lessons, staff can reach the IT team on Microsoft Teams at [email protected]. To ensure efficient management of requests and workloads, please refrain from contacting individual IT team members unless you are following up on an ongoing support request.
Telephone Support
The IT team also offers phone support for urgent issues. The IT Support Hotline is available at 2583-0728.
Ticketing System
For more complex requests, staff should send an email to [email protected]. You will receive a ticket number, and an IT team member will be assigned to handle your case. As with Microsoft Teams, please avoid contacting individual team members unless you are addressing a support request that is already in progress.
Training
A key role of the IT Department is user training. We believe in the motto “teach you how to fish,” meaning our goal is to empower staff to efficiently use school systems rather than doing the work for them. This approach enables staff to solve issues independently while allowing the IT team to focus on more technical tasks that require their expertise.
