Facilities Booking System

In order to manage the use of shared resources across the school, staff are provided with access to a booking system. The system is primary used to book the following areas:

• GYM
• Library
• Sports Facilities
• Canteen
• Blue Area
• Adventure Area

The booking system is also used for the reservation of iPad carts in the International Section.

All bookings in the system must be approved by an appointed staff.
