Online Subscription Report Form
Departments are permitted to use their budgets for purchasing subscriptions to online platforms. However, all purchases must be reported to the IT Department in advance. PR forms submitted for unreported purchases will be rejected.
Additionally, departments are required to use a designated departmental subscription email account. Staff should avoid using their personal work accounts for subscribing to services.
Equipment Request Form
Under normal circumstances, equipment requests should be submitted at the beginning of the budget year. This practice allows the IT Department to plan effectively and ensure budget availability. Requests submitted throughout the year will be considered based on equipment and budget availability at the discretion of the IT Department.
Staff members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the personal device policies linked below before submitting any requests.
