🔒 Termination of Accounts
When leaving the school, accounts will be terminated according to the following policies:
- Staff accounts will be terminated on the last day of employment at 4:30 PM.
- Staff members are responsible for arranging backups of any personal files at their discretion.
- Staff should transfer ownership or copy any relevant files to department heads or departmental drives as needed.
- Requests for access to files or email after the last day of employment will only be approved with explicit permission from the Director of HR, and the relevant principal, vice-principal, or department head.
